Ahead of the Curve

New American Funding to Educate Attendees on Reaching Millennial and Multicultural Homebuyers

New American Funding, a national mortgage banker, is hosting its first Ahead of the Curve event, Reaching the Next Generation of Homebuyers, in San Diego, CA. The industry exclusive event, hosted and presented by New American Funding co-Founders, Patty Arvielo and Rick Arvielo, will educate attendees on how to effectively market and service the millennial generation.

“Being tech-savvy in today’s marketplace is no longer optional. With the significant numbers of millennials comprising the next wave of homebuyers, and the unprecedented diversity among them, consumer expectations and the manner in which we conduct business with them are changing. I am looking forward to sharing insight on the ‘push-click’ generation and the resources being developed to meet the demands of this burgeoning group,” commented Rick Arvielo.

The event will be held on October 4, 2017 from 8:30 A.M. -11:30 A.M. at the Hilton Mission Valley located at 901 Camino del Rio S, San Diego, CA 92108.  New American Funding will bring in a panel of experts to discuss the millennial generation, technology, marketing and the impact Latinos are having on the housing industry. Senator Joel Anderson, representing the 38th Senate District in the California State Senate, will also participate in the panel discussion.

“I am very excited to host this Ahead of the Curve event and embrace the needs of the multicultural market. Achieving cultural competency is becoming increasingly critical for business. I hope that people will learn how to provide solutions to the pain points of this important generation and how we can help them achieve their dream of homeownership,” said Patty Arvielo.

This event is produced in collaboration with Freddie Mac and Radian. More information can be found at http://www.teamnewamerican.com/.
