National mortgage banker, New American Funding, made The Orange County Register's list of Top O.C. Workplaces for 2012. The winners were announced at the 2012 Top Workplaces Awards Ceremony last Thursday evening, and the story was published in The OC Register on Friday, December 7th.

The exclusive list consisted of eight-five companies and was broken down into three categories: large, midsized and small businesses;15 large companies, 20 midsized and 50 small workplaces made the list. New American Funding ranked at number 3 amongst midsized companies, and also received a special award for the overall direction of the company. The mortgage lender also made the top 10 list for employee retention, coming in at number 9.  

The awards and rankings were based on employee surveys and were calculated by independent survey firm WorkplaceDynamics. Survey questions led to insight on their workplace experience and the leadership of their companies.

New American Funding is expanding its Tustin and San Diego locations and is seeking Loan Processors, Underwriters, Funders and Loan Officers to join the team.
