Anaheim, CA May 27, 2015 – New American Funding, today announces their President, Patty Arvielo, has received the Corporate Responsibility Award from the National Hispanic Business Women’s Association. NHBWA is an organization dedicated to supporting Hispanic women in business leadership roles. The award was presented to Arvielo at the organization’s 15th Annual Awards & Scholarship Luncheon in Anaheim, CA.

“Helping others has been the foundation of the New American Funding culture since we opened our doors,” stated Arvielo.

Patty Arvielo is a recognized leader in local and national efforts toward the upward mobility of Latinas. She is Chairman of the Corporate Board of Governors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and actively participates in mentoring programs with The Hispanic 100.  Her local community involvement includes serving on the executive board for Big Brothers Big Sisters Orange County as well as her own Latino Focus Committee, which tailors lending services and education to Hispanic markets.
